Privacy Policy

To create your bookings: first and last name (as in your passport), trip routes and dates, hotel city, and your email. Passport number is optional and only used when a specific issuer requires it for verification.

For arrival-card filing: the fields the official form requires (name, dates, flight numbers, contact details), sent to our filing agent and, on submission, to the government form itself.

Photos of tickets and passports you upload: used to read the airports, travel dates and identity fields and pre-fill your request. To do that, the image is sent to an AI model provider for extraction; only the extracted fields are stored with the order unless you send the file by email for verification. Passport images are held in memory for the reading only. We never render a ticket or passport image back to you and never produce document images.

Payments: handled entirely by Stripe's embedded checkout. Your card details never reach our servers; we see only a payment status.

App settings: your language choice and draft form data stay in your own browser (localStorage) — not on our servers.

Only to deliver the service you bought: create and verify your bookings, file your arrival card, email your credentials, remind you before cancellation or release deadlines, and handle support. We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising trackers.

The airline/hotel provider that issues your booking (only the fields it needs to hold the booking), the official government platform when we file a card for you, Stripe for payments, and our own filing agents. We keep a compliance record of what reference was issued from which provider for support and refund decisions.

Order and booking records are kept while the bookings are active plus a reasonable period for support and accounting; then the personal fields are reduced or removed. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at support@arrivalprep.com.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for communications, at any time by emailing support@arrivalprep.com.
